Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law.

Eligibility
To become a registered retailer of Southern Trend Clothing you must possess the following:

• Operating a Brick & Mortar Business location
• 1.5 miles from any other Southern Trend Retailer
• Valid Resellers permit

Some areas may be unavailable if another retailer has obtained zip code protection.

Southern Trend is not working with online-only retailers at this time.

Retailer Guidelines and Responsibilities
As a registered retailer, you must agree to the following:

• Retailer must place an order every 90 days.
• To obtain area protection, retailer must order $1,500 bi-annually.
• If you have more than one physical location, each location must be approved separately.
• Minimum order amount of $300.
• Licensed Arkansas collegiate line is not area-protected.
• Must honor a 100% to 150% markup rate.
• No merchandise sold by Southern Trend Clothing for resale may be used in any trunk or trade show at anytime without prior approval.

Changes to Terms
You agree to accept the Terms and Conditions outlined above upon accessing our website. We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions of Use, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to the user.  It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions for updates or changes.  If you do not agree with this, please discontinue your use of our website.
